Lavender Gin Fizz
Silky smooth with lavender and acacia syrups.
Ingredients
2 oz. Robert's No. 1 American Dry Gin
1/2 oz. Lavender Simple
3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
3/4 oz. Simple Syrup
4 Shakes Peychaud's
Soda Water
Collins Glass
Ice
Lemon Slice & Lavender Sprig
Pour 2 oz. Robert's No. 1 American Dry Gin, 1/2 oz lavender simple, 3/4 oz. lemon juice, 3/4 oz. simple syrup, and 4 shakes of Peychaud's into a collins glass. Add ice and stir until mixed thoroughly. Top with soda water. Garnish with a lemon slice and sprig of lavender.
