Oak House Silver Rum

Oak House Silver Rum follows a molasses recipe from the late 1600s and would be recognized by the dread pirate Bartholomew Robert's (Black Bart), whose flag we adapted as the logo.  It is a rich, ester-forward, Jamaican-style rum produced in small batches with prominent notes of tropical fruit on the nose and smooth caramel on the palate.

This artisanal rum is so captivating and approachable that it can be sipped neat or enjoyed in a limitless array of classic and innovative cocktails.  Its depth and complexity bring out the would-be pirate in all of us.
