Oak House Silver Rum follows a molasses recipe from the late 1600s and would be recognized by the dread pirate Bartholomew Robert's (Black Bart), whose flag we adapted as the logo. It is a rich, ester-forward, Jamaican-style rum produced in small batches with prominent notes of tropical fruit on the nose and smooth caramel on the palate. Its depth and complexity bring out the would-be pirate in all of us.
